VitalSource's flexible LTI tool integrates with the campus LMS to seamlessly bring adopted content into the classroom and the hands of learners.

Our integration tool translates SIS adoptions and enrollments into LMS access, ensuring that when institutions are ready to open a course, the adopted etext or courseware is available to students for the first day of class.

For etexts hosted by VitalSource, content providers ensure course materials are available in VitalSource's inventory system with the correct ISBN identifiers and pricing, and VitalSource integrations handle the rest. Learners access their materials on Bookshelf® with a single sign-on (SSO).

For courseware and non-etext content, the preferred access method for instructors and students is a "partner integration." Students access the content provider's platform with a SSO without leaving the VitalSource LMS dashboard or needing an access code. This single tool for partner integration allows for:

• Immediate termination of access when a student opts out

The following delivery methods for content hosted by content providers are also supported: access codes and provider-delivered integrations.
