Our Customer Success team works with customers as trusted advisors to drive technical and business value. We leverage our deep product knowledge, extensive customer implementation experience, and commitment to best practices to ensure that customers receive the best possible service throughout their lifecycle, from deployment onward.

Product Development

Delivering products that meet our customers’ needs today while positioning VitalSource to compete in the market tomorrow requires an orchestra. Design

Fundamentally, the Design team is a group of researchers, user experience designers, and visual artists. Fueled by passion and creativity, Design uses cutting-edge tools and processes to craft thoughtful, inclusive, and impactful design solutions across all VitalSource products. The team tirelessly collaborates to deliver innovative, user-centric learning experiences and bring the VitalSource brand to life.

Sales

Software Engineering
