William Chesser is the Chief Customer Officer for VitalSource and was one of its founding members. This role includes overseeing the business in all non-North-American higher education, as well as professional training. Prior to his work founding VitalSource, William worked in the School of Education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was assistant director of the National Paedeia Center. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master’s degree in English Literature from North Carolina Central University.
