John Donovan

John is the managing director for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific for VitalSource. He has extensive experience in publishing and technology, most recently serving as director of global sales and business development for Epigeum, an online courseware provider with roots in Imperial College, London. Prior to this, John had a 14-year career with McGraw-Hill Education, where he held multiple leadership positions. In his last role as managing director of Europe and South Africa, he led the acceleration of McGraw-Hill's transition from a print publishing company to a provider of technology-enabled and data-driven solutions in the higher education, medical, and K-12 markets.

John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University College Dublin and a Master of Arts in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
