VitalSource has long been committed to increasing student success through easy access to affordable content. We also believe that if you can, you must improve learning for students and expand educational opportunities for all learners. Of course, we are not alone in this view and it is the reason many companies have built assessment-rich course materials.

Training solutions for a digital world

For many companies, the training of employees presents a minefield of challenges and, in too many cases, missed opportunities. As we welcome a new generation into the workforce, they not only bring fresh ideas and perspectives, they also bring different learning modalities and expectations. It is a generation raised on digital technology and one that is accustomed to discovering most of their information from mobile device.

Today, companies need a training solution that is first-and-foremost-digital, but beyond that, it needs to be nimble as your company grows and changes (or as regulations change) and it needs to be complete, giving you a platform that offers content creation and revision and conversion of existing training materials to digital, secure delivery and analytics.

Five years ago, we took everything we had learned from our decade and a half of experience delivering the best in digital learning materials to higher education and K-12 students and applied it to the corporate training market. Since then, we have developed great collaborations with companies across the globe to help them meet the training needs of their employees with a commitment to the creation and secure distribution of your high-value, nimble and complete corporate training content.

At the vanguard of our move into the corporate training arena is William Chesser our VP for Business Development and one of VitalSource’s founders. William has worked with a laundry list of some of the world’s best-known companies to implement digital-first training programs and will be offering his expertise in an upcoming informative session.

Join William on Wednesday, April 5 at 2:00 PM ET/7:00 PM BST for the webinar A Complete Digital Content Solution Defined, to learn about all the components that comprise a complete digital content solution, as well as why simply having a learning management system does not mean you have a complete solution for your training needs.
